Midnight - RI

Here's Cookie, formerly known as Midnight. Cookie was one of our Parvo puppies who fought and won! Laura and her family just love, love, love their sweet little addition and Cookie loves her new furever home.

Maggie - SC

Update from our Fabre!
Looks like Ruby and Camille are enjoying their snuggle time!
We can't thank you enough for adopting sweet Ruby (Formerly Maggie) to our home.  She is a precious girl who everyone in our family has quickly fallen in love with.

Ruby spends her days lounging in her heated bed, along with her dog sister Camille (a dachshund mix).  The two of them have become fast friends and seem to enjoy the art of snuggling.  At night, Ruby curls up with her human sister Victoria to sleep the hours away (teenager + senior dachshund = perfect mix!).  She is enjoying taking walks around our neighborhood, meeting all the neighbors (and neighbor's dogs), and of course her favorite activities- eating and snuggling!

Our family cannot thank everyone who contributed to help save this special girl and treat her skin infection and dental issues.  I'm happy to say that each day she is healing more and more and her beautiful silky black and tan coat is coming back so nicely - even in the 3 weeks she has been here with us there has been a huge difference.   Since her adoption she needed another round of oral surgery to extract a few more teeth - but with careful brushing we should be able to keep all of the remaining ones that she has!
Thank you again for everything - Fabre

Murray - SC

Hi Murphy (Murray) is doing great.  He just came over to my computer desk to be picked up so am typing this one-handed. Murphy spends most of his time on my lap. We've been on a few walks and he loves them.  First time he wasn't sure about getting in the car. Probably thought "Where are you going to drop me off?" But that was just the first time. Now he gets excited like his 2 brothers and sister. When I left for about 1 & 1/2 hours recently he was soooo excited when I got home he wanted me to pick him up so he could lick my face over and over.  That same day he was sleeping on my lap and wagged his tail in his sleep. It was really wagging. His sister liked him right away and his brothers are getting used to him. Thank you again for my beautiful little boy. I love him and I think he's happy here.

Max aka Rupert

Max is now Rupert and he certainty lives up to his name- he is very handsome and fancy, too! Everyone just adores him and people stop us all the time to pet him and he just loves kids and other dogs! He is also quite the flirt and loves to shower everyone with kisses! A few times a week we bring Rupert to meet up with his other small furry friends to run around and play. He is also starting to get used to big dogs, although he was a bit of a scaredy cat at first! He is doing well with potty training and we are so impressed with how quickly he is learning and how smart he is! We are so in love with him and we get the impression that the feeling is mutual because he just loves to be around us!
