BIO:

Myles is a handsome long coat red boy who was left at a vets office by his owners.  Myles is roughly about 18 months years old and is very puppy. He is just so handsome and is happiest when he has toys to play with all day long!  He has medium length red hair, one brown eye one blue eye and full of energy. Myles would do great in an active family where he can take part in lots of activities. Myles loves to wrestle and run with his other fur friends so a playmate and a fenced in yard is a must.  Myles walks great on a leash and loves to go for walks.

Myles is not fond of smaller or larger dogs but does GREAT with dogs his own size...snuggles and playtime! He also has that doxie prey instinct so he considers chasing cats his doxie duty!

Myles is working on his house training and marking and needs a doxie savvy family who will continue to work with him on this. Although Myles dislikes his crate he will go into it. If he is in it for a large amount of time, he will potty in it.  Myles would do best in a home that someone is home all day to continue his housetraining and keep him on a schedule.  He also would like a family who will allow him to sleep in the big bed because he loves to snuggle. (And did we mention give kisses? what could be better than puppy snuggles?)  Myles will make a great companion for an owner who is patient and spends time helping him continue to be a great dachshund.  Can you give Myles a furever home?
