BIO:

Stormy is a beautiful little, long-haired, isabella and tan female.  At one time she was a breeder dog and either had her tail cropped or it never grew properly.  She loves to be around others, both the two-legged and four-legged kind.  Anywhere we go in the house or yard, she happily follows.  Stormy is very cuddly and friendly - a total attention hog!  Stormy knows to go to the back door to go out, and enjoys her covered crate at night but she would prefer to sleep in bed with you if you let her.  Stormy does have some separation anxiety but we are working on it! She would love her own home – could your home be her furever home?

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
