It is our desire to provide resources to enable and educate you to care for your wonderful companion at all stages of life! (IVDD) Intervertebral Disc Disease can effect dogs at different ages. It is a treatable condition and does not mean a lesser quality of life for those effected. They can recover and maintain a high quality of life in the process. The doggy below is Bosco. He was the first doggy in 2010 to receive a loaner wheelchair with The Red Flyer Program. This program accepts used wheelchairs, refurbishes them and loans them at no charge to families of handicapped pets in need...that no pet should be alone or without the gift of mobility.
