BIO: Scotty is a very sweet boy! His tail is always wagging. He is overweight but is working hard to lose those extra pounds. He is very easy going and seems to get along with everyone he meets!! He seems to be ok with cats, walked right by them with little response. He is very eager to please and love his people very much!
