Hi my name is Spike. I am just the happiest, cutest little ball of joy. I am just a baby at 6 weeks old. I love baby talk and to chew on anything possible. Don’t let me get ahold of you with my sharp little puppy teeth because I think I am a ferocious tiger. Please be gentle with me. Foster mom is house training and crate training me, so I will be a perfect little pup for my new family. I love being held and sometimes cry if I can’t find you in the house. I was taken off my mom at a very young age, so I am working on my socializing skills and will get along with other dogs as long as they like puppies barking at them and biting their tails. Who can resist my cute little face??!!!

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
