BIO:

Bailey came from a shelter in Virginia. He had a case of demodex mange that has all cleared up and now he is ready for his furever home.  Bailey is a very cute and smart puppy that has lots of energy.  He is learning sit, stay, and come now and is being crate trained.  He is almost house trained so his new family will have to continue to work with him.  He gets along with other dogs and cats. He loves everyone including children.  Because he is still a playful puppy, we would recommend him to go to a home with children over the age of 4 because he still likes to jump on everyone to give them lots of loving.  If you have a furever home for this playful and loving furbaby, please fill out an adoption application today.

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
