BIO:
Daisy is a beautiful short haired dachshund. She has soft fur, and loves to cuddle. She is very energetic and would do best in a home that will give her plenty of attention. Daisy was surrendered by a family that did not have the time to devote to her, and she is used to a very pampered life! She has several toys, and has two beds in addition to her crate, which she loves!
 
Daisy has an allergy to chicken, so care needs to be taken when
 
selecting her food and treats. She absolutely loves to play, and is the fastest little dachshund I have ever seen! She will not back down to the other dogs when she wants her way, and has a little diva attitude. When she wants to play, she will bother them until they give in! So far, she has not had a single accident inside the house.
Daisy would do best with a family (with or without other dogs) who have the time to give her the attention she deserves! She took a couple days to warm up to us, but she has fit right in. Her personality is one in a million, and she is so adorable.
Daisy is a great dog with a spunky personality! Could you be her furever home?

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
