BIO:

Oscar is a sweet young dachshund that was being given away for free by his owners on Craigslist. They had purchased him only two months before (on Craigslist) and were giving him up because they were over the city limit. Oscar has a great personality and loves to cuddle and be close to people. He trots happily around the yard and greats every visitor with a happy face. Oscar has a pretty medium length coat that gives the best of both worlds: long enough to be soft and cuddly and short enough to not need grooming. He is working hard on his housetraining and can be expected to improve with age. If you are looking for a sweet young doxie to be your furever friend please consider applying for Oscar!

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
