BIO:

My name is Logan and no one is quite sure of my background prior to my ending up at a shelter in SW Virginia.  A nice lady saved me from there and then I came into my Foster Mom’s home to join her other furbabies.  I love playing with them and they’re helping me with my potty training; if they go out, I’m right there with them.  Foster Mom thinks part of my problem is that she has to work and I can’t wait all day but, I’m getting better every day!  Foster Mom also says I’m like having a live stuffed toy – I’m so little and all soft and cuddly.  I’m a real lover boy and like nothing better than to curl up on her lap and take my power naps.  I definitely need a power nap so that I can play, play, play!  I’d really like a home with some furbaby friends.  I sleep in my own bed but would love to be in the big bed; I’ve tried several times but Foster Mom is too fast and always manages to shuttle me back to my own bed.
Oh, one more thing… Foster Mom says anyone will be lucky to have me; she said she’d keep me herself if she didn’t already have so many furbabies.  Please fill out an adoption application so I can go to my furever home!

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
