BIO:

My name is Julian but my former owners called me Macca. When I came into rescue I had severe anxiety issues and so my foster mom thought that changing my name would help with my training by giving me a clean slate.

I am a very inquisitive boy who enjoys mischief, especially kitchen garbage cans. I can keep myself busy for hours playing with toys and pushing my food bowls around the linoleum floor. I often like to do funny tricks to get your attention. Sometimes I like to ignore you and let you do the funny tricks to get my attention; this is particularly fun! My foster mommy says I do lots of funny things on video but I never get caught.

I really need a lot of stimulation to keep my mind busy and I would prefer to have a family that will take me everywhere they go. I really like to travel in the car and I get upset when my foster mom leaves me at home. Some of my anxiety issues are due to lack of mental stimulation so training is a great thing for me. I also need plenty of physical activity to help tire me out or I get bored and that’s when I enjoy the garbage can and tearing up my stuffed toys.

I am a big happy boy, so small kids might get knocked over easily so a home without children might be best.  I do not like cats.  A only-dog home would be best, unless you are doxie-savy & I can meet-n-greet potential fursiblings first.
